A hilarious name to the Lufkin Police Division particulars the second a person and his spouse have been driving to breakfast once they noticed an animal on the aspect of the highway. It wasn’t a canine because the spouse initially prompt; it was a “freakin’ kangaroo” . . . in Texas. The interplay had the dispatcher laughing out loud.
“Ma’am, I don’t know who I have to name,” the person says after the dispatcher solutions the decision, “[but] there’s a kangaroo that come up the highway [sic] and crossed proper right here.”
After an extended pause, the dispatcher asks: “Okay, does it appear like it would belong there?”
“No,” the person exclaims. “My spouse’s like, ‘Why is that canine standing in the midst of the highway?’ [. . .] And I look, and I’m like, ‘That’s a freakin’ kangaroo, and it begins hopping, coming down the highway.’”
Quickly, the person and dispatcher are each laughing on the absurdity.

Making the scenario even stranger, a word on the finish of the Lufkin Police Division’s Fb submit suggests the kangaroo, named “Kangaroo Jack,” truly lives within the space. The house owner by accident left the gate open and the animal escaped. The division infers that this specific animal was the star of the 2003 comedy Kangaroo Jack.
