A blind horse named Lacy may have drowned after getting caught in some flowing water in northern Colorado. Fortunately, the Poudre Fireplace Authority’s (PFA’s) Giant Animal Rescue Staff stepped in to assist. Rescuing a blind horse wasn’t simple, however this story has a contented ending.
